A large appealing feature of G-BMSD is the recently overhauled engine by Nicholson McLaren’s in having been overhauled in December 2024 having only flown 1 hour since.

The avionics in G-BMSD include a Garmin GNS430W, G5 and Trig Mode S TT31. Additionally, SD features a secondary NAV/COM, BendixKing DME, ADF and dual USB charging.
