This may include your name or company name, website, phone number, location, listing descriptions, images, and aircraft-related identifiers such as registration or serial numbers, where applicable. Email addresses are not publicly displayed. First inquiry is handled through our internal contact form.
Listing sale status: When you delete a "Sales" type listing, we ask you to select the item’s sale status. You can choose from the following options: "Sold on aeromarket24", "Sold on another platform", "Not sold" and "Prefer not to answer". This information is used to improve our marketplace services, analytics and features like "Recently sold" listings. Providing this information has no impact on your ability to use the platform and if you do not wish to disclose the sale status you can choose "Prefer not to answer".
Communications: Messages, emails sent to us (including support requests or scam reports). We do not operate a dedicated on-platform feedback or review system. Any reviews or feedback submitted via third-party platforms (such as Trustpilot) are governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.
Newsletter subscriptions: Registered members are automatically subscribed to receive our weekly newsletter containing new listings, updates and other marketing communications about the platform. Visitors who are not registered can also subscribe to our weekly newsletter by providing their email address. In both cases, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. Listing interaction data: We track general listing interactions, such as total advert views, to understand popularity and improve the platform. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to any individual user unless explicitly tied to other actions (e.g., click-to-reveal phone numbers, submitted messages or watchlist interactions).
Cookies: Cookies are small files of information that a web server generates and sends to a web browser. Web browsers store the cookies they receive for a set period. We use a small number of cookies to operate and improve the platform: strictly necessary cookies (e.g., a "remember me" cookie for account login, which is expire in one year and is required for basic functionality and security) and analytics cookies.
