2. If, for any reason (including a complaint related to a user), aeromarket24.com believes that you have have violated any of these Terms & Conditions it may, at its sole discretion, suspend or block your access to the website immediately and without any prior notice.

6. Aeromarket24 is a global online classified ads platform dedicated to aviation. Therefore, you must not post ads for something else.
7. We are not involved in the relationships between sellers and potential buyers as intermediary, party or representative of any party. Contracts initiated as a consequence of the advertising on aeromarket24.com are performed without the involvement of aeromarket24.com in any way.

2. Users or guests are not allowed to reproduce, modify, copy, adapt, extract, reverse engineer, or communicate any of the content on this website, including files downloadable from this website, without specific consent from the copyright owner.
PROHIBITED USE
1. You agree not to use the website for any of the following purposes:
  1. To post something other than the aviation area;
  2. To publish an ad with the aim of deceiving potential buyers, an action that can result in damages of any kind, including financial;
  3. To disseminate any viruses, worms, trojan horses or other files which disrupt the use of the aeromarket24.com or of any connected network, software or hardware;
  4. To disseminate any unsolicited or unauthorised promotional materials, junk mail - spam, advertising, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation;
  5. To place content or links which may engage in any activity unlawful or material including but not limited to blasphemous, material able to incite racial hatred, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, obscene, etc which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;

ADVERTS
1. Writing language should be english because english is an international language used in communication. This, of course, not means that everybody needs to know to speak english, but it is much easier to translate from english. Imagine what it would be like if we each wrote ads in our native language.
2. Price is an optional field. If you leave it blank, "Ask for price" will appear next to the ad, where the price should appear.
3. Uploaded photos must belong to you and reflect as well as possible the condition of what you want to sell.
4. Each ad contain contact and location details. When you create a listing, this fields are automatically filled with the information you provided at registration or when you edited your account. However, this information may be modified if it does not correspond to the inserted ad. Maybe you post something which is located in another city then you, or maybe you post something for a friend and you are needing to change location and contact details.
5. Any ad posted will appear in the "My ads" section from user menu. There exist three buttons for every ad: "Edit", "Delete" and "Renew". Also every ad will display how many times ad has been viewed, how many people saved it to their watchlist, how many people sent emails to you and how many times your phone number was revealed. This is for the seller to see the impact of each ad.
6. When the item was sold, the ad is useless, and we'll ask you to delete it by pressing "Delete" button. WARNING! The action of deleting an ad is permanent and it cannot be undone.
7. The ads are automatically deleted after 12 months if during this period they are not renewed by the seller.
8. The user is not allowed to edit the ad in such a way as to completely change its content. For example if an user have an ad that refers to a Robinson R66 must not edit the ad (regardless of whether the Robinson was sold or not) and replace Robinson with Cessna P210. For the Cessna P210 in this example, the seller must publish a new ad.
9. Advert type allowed are sales, wanted or rental. The users are not allowed to promote services by publishing an advert. To promote your services we offer banner advertising.
REGISTRATION
1. To access some parts of the website such as "Place an ad", "Save (to watchlist)" or "Feedback" you must be a registered member.
2. When you register, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete and actual informations about yourself.
3. You are required to maintain these informations true, accurate, complete and actual by modify your profile to keep it up to date if anything has changed. Modifications can be made in "Edit profile" page from user menu.
4. If you meet security issues or unauthorised use of your account details, please notify us immediately.
DISCLAIMER
1. Ad content are supplied by third-parties and we have no control over the information provided, therefore we are not responsible if what you buy isn't as the seller described it. Also we are not responsible for any sort of fraud.
2. Ads may contain links to third-party websites. Aeromarket24.com has not reviewed these websites, so therefore we are not responsible for availability or content of these websites. If you decide to access any of these websites linked to the aeromarket24.com, this means that you leave our website and you do so entirely at your own risk.
3. No personal informations shall be sold, rented or traded in any way. However, as long as each ad is public, and of course it need to display some users informations too, there is no solution to prevent malicious people or "spammers" from using the information from your ads in a way that you may not agree with.
