We are not a party to any transaction conducted as a result of a listing and have no involvement in negotiations, contracts, inspections, payments, escrow arrangements, delivery, or transfer of ownership. Any contracts, agreements, or exchanges resulting from advertisements on aeromarket24.com are solely between the parties involved, without our involvement.

ADVERTS
Writing language must be english, which is the standard international language for communication. This facilitates understanding and translation.
The price field is optional. If left blank, the ad will display "Price on request".
Uploaded photos must belong to you or you must have obtained written permission or a contract allowing their use. Photos and descriptions must accurately reflect the condition of the item being sold.
Each ad must contain contact and location details. When you create a listing, this fields are automatically filled with the information you provided at registration or when you edited your account. However, you may modify this information if it does not correspond to the item being listed - for example, if the item is located in a different city, or if you are posting an ad on behalf of someone else.
Any ad posted will appear in the "My ads" section from user menu. There exist four buttons for every ad: "Edit", "Delete", "Renew" and "Boost". Also every ad will display how many times ad has been viewed, how many people saved it to their watchlist, how many people sent emails to you and how many times your phone number was revealed. This is for the seller to see the impact of each ad.
When the item was sold, the ad is useless, and we'll ask you to delete using "Delete" button. WARNING! The action of deleting an ad is permanent and it cannot be undone.
The ads are automatically deleted after 12 months if during this period they are not renewed by the seller.
Users are not allowed to edit an ad in a way that completely changes its content. For example, an ad for a Robinson R66 may not be edited to list a Cessna P210. A new ad must be created for the Cessna.
We reserve the right to use any active listing, including photos, for promotional purposes (for example, on social media) without the seller’s approval.
We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, re-categorize any listing that is posted in an inappropriate or incorrect category. This ensures that all listings are properly organized and easily discoverable by users.
Advert type allowed are Sales, Wanted or Rental. The users are not allowed to promote services through listings. To promote your services we offer banner advertising options.
REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
To access some parts of the website such as "Place an ad", "Save (to watchlist)" and all other user related pages, you must be a registered member.
When you register, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete and actual information about yourself.
You are required to maintain these information true, accurate, complete and actual by modifying your profile if anything changes. Modifications can be made in "Edit profile" page from user menu.
If you encounter any security issues or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account details, please notify us immediately.
Aeromarket24.com offers different membership levels, ranging from free to paid plans, with each level providing specific features or limitations. Our membership levels and their characteristics are available on membership page.
An optional feature available exclusively to Silver and Gold members is the Verified Badge. The Verified badge is automatically granted after the user has successfully completed Veriff’s biometric and ID verification and is available only after upgrading the membership to Silver or Gold.
The Verified badge is intended to provide additional credibility by confirming that the identity of the user has been verified. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of legitimacy, or assurance regarding the accuracy of listings, transactions, or user behavior. Likewise, the absence of a Verified Badge does not imply that a user is not genuine, trustworthy, or legitimate.
We reserve the right to revoke or remove the Verified Badge at any time if verification requirements are no longer met, if inaccurate information is provided, or if the user is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Aeromarket24 allows you to register and post listings for free. For this, every user starts as a "Starter" member. In its free formula the platform has some limitations, therefore we offer multiple membeship levels and boosting plans for adverts which are subject to fees.
We do not charge sales commissions or progressive fees. Fees are fixed and transparent, consisting of annual membership fees based on the chosen membership level and monthly fees for boosted ads.
Fees are charged at the time a listing is posted, boosted, re-boosted, or when a membership is assigned. While fees may change over time, users will not be charged additional fees for a period they have already paid for.
All payments for memberships and boosted listings are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making any payment to us via Stripe, you confirm that you accept and agree to Stripe's Terms & Conditions available at https://stripe.com/legal.
Fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is assigned or a boosted listing is paid and posted, users are ineligible for a refund. Also if a Silver or Gold member is reported for fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend their account and delete their listings (including boosted listings) if we determine that any part of our Terms & Conditions has been violated.

Ad content is supplied by third-parties and we have no control over the information provided, therefore we are not responsible if what you buy isn't as the seller described it. Also we are not responsible for any sort of fraud.
Ads may contain links to third-party websites. Aeromarket24.com has not reviewed these websites, therefore we are not responsible for availability or content of these websites. Advertisers should only use images which they own or has obtained written permission or a contract granting the right to use them for advertising purposes. Aeromarket24 disclaims any liability for copyright infringement or other claims arising from advertiser provided images.
Aeromarket24 will never ask you for sensitive information such as your password, credit card details, or banking information via email, phone, text message or any other form of communication. If you receive any such request claiming to be from Aeromarket24, do not respond and please notify us immediately.
