Due to a new project, I am selling the A/W 95 Helicopter, built according to plans in my home workshop. All moving systems, rotor systems, drive units, pulleys... were precisely manufactured by experts on CNC machines. The frame is welded and bolted from 6061 aircraft aluminum, and the other moving systems are from 2024 aircraft aluminum. The helicopter has all the components including the main propellers (purchased symmetrical NACA 0012 profile) and the rear propeller. The engine is a Rotax 582 aircraft engine (gray head), completely rebuilt (bearings replaced on the shaft, oil seals, cylinder grinding, new piston...). It also has basic instruments (engine speed, main rotor speed, engine temperature and exhaust manifold temperature).
The helicopter is at least 95% assembled and only a little work is needed to complete the project. But all the components are there. I am also attaching a lot of sketches, detail plans for the said helicopter, all arranged in several folders.
